Thanks for the feedback Jason. You're right about DCF predicting in the future. I've revised my calculations over the years and rather than use 10 years, I try to use 5 years instead. Thanks for pointing ouf EPV, I haven't come across it yet and I've heard about Greenwalk but yet read any of his material. I will check it out based on your recommendation. Thanks for the advice!
