I believe standard advice says 20 minutes a day of moderate exercise (eg. Power walking) for health. For fat loss, I believe it is 30 to 40 minutes of long steady state cardio twice a week. And, HIIT for weight loss, I think it is 3 HIIT session a week with sessions ranging from 12 to 20 minutes.
